multifacets

i live and sit in front of my computer doing stuff on my web site, i make art in my home/studio and raise two bright, crazy kids, among other exertions to prove i exist *lol*... ~<>~

welcome to my world , feel free to comment on my process or lack of process.. i like to share and it helps with my exhibitionist tendencies to make art on video in front of complete strangers who will, hopefully, become friends and not be fiends :).. ~<>~

sometimes, whenever i have time, i am practicing qi gong. i prefer it to build qi (body energy), to stretch, relieve stress and to meditate.. it's very calming and centering.. it also tones muscles even though one moves slowly while doing it.. qi gong is a precursor to tai chi ch'uan.. so it may look familiar to tai chi practitioners.. other times, for variety, i am practicing yoga or pilates..~<>~

i'm hoping my exhibitionist/voyeuristic tendencies will motivate me to work regularly and make progress.. one never knows but one hopes.. ~<>~

no, i will not be showing off my nekkid body parts because i'm not interested in that kind of attention, thank you very much.. it is pandering to the lowest common denominator 'show us yer tits'.. *lol* besides.. there's nothing desirous about being someone's cyber jack off for me..it's a real turn off..~<>~
